Shipping Policy
We use reliable third-party courier services to deliver our products. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of the estimated delivery timeline at the time of purchase.
All the orders will be dispatched in 3-4 business days and will be delivered in 7-10 business days.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at info@platesclock.in within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Include the order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
- Our support team will review and guide you through the next steps.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer (details will be collected).
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange an eligible item (e.g., size issue or design preference), we will try to accommodate, subject to product availability.
- You will be required to ship the original item to us, and shipping charges for the exchange may apply.
- In case of any exchange please reach out within 3 days of the delivery and exchange would be delivered in 5-7 business days.
Reverse Pickup & Shipping
- Reverse pickup may be arranged in select pin codes.
- If reverse pickup is not available, customers are requested to ship the item to our return address.
- Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are borne by the customer unless the product was received in a defective or incorrect condition.
